Lovely vintage little wooden box. Handmade, with birds carved in to the lid, dovetail joints and a rustic oval framed mirror inside. 
The box has two compartments, with the separating panel being shaped in to a deep curve. 
The box is stained to look mahogany, with drips in the varnish giving an interesting patina. 
The back left corner of the vase is chipped, and the mirror looks to have had something sticky on it at some point.
