Vintage tin with embossed flying duck and hinged lid.

This looks to be an unbranded advertising tin. The background colour is a pale yellow, with green and gold lilies, lily pads and weeds. The front and back panel each of three flying ducks, and the side panels have one duck per side. On the lid is one large flying duck that has been embossed onto the surface.

Colours on the side panels are still good. The metallic paint work on the docs and lilies I’ll still quite vibrant when the light catches them. The flying duck on the lid I suffer quite a lot of colour loss with the bright blue of his wing, the green of his head and tail the only colours that are still bright. 

The inside is gold, the base has suffered a bit of rusting.

Lots of scuffs, wear, marks and dents to this tin, please see photos. But it still has bag of charm.
