Characterful vintage dog plush, riding a wire framed bicycle.
He’s wearing floral jimjams and has fluffy head hair. 
The handle bars and peddles push through the fabric so he can grip - this leaves an open hole when he’s not attached to the bike. 
In true vintage condition, signs of wear and some fading to the cloth. Please see photos for more details.
