Vintage David Halsall miniature motorcycle helmet with friction motorcycle cop.
Raise the helmet, pull the cord and press the button to release the rider. 
In good vintage condition. The decals are faded but not torn. There is a patchy area on the top of the helmet and some scuffs. The visor is scuffed and has a few scratches/cracks.
