Vintage handmade miniature rustic display cabinet with drawer.

Well made yet simple tabletop display cabinet. Constructed from 8mm ply, with 10mm plywood doors. Stained in a rich amber brown, similar to teak.

The hinges are a decorative brass colour. There is a storage area to the top, with shaped pelmet. The back panel is a type of board. There are no hanging hooks, instead a nice wide base for countertop storage. The corners of the base have been chamfered. The original pencil mark marking where the shelf will be is still in the back panel!

There are two glazed doors and a small drawer to the bottom.
The drawer has two brass colours knobs, the left one has lost most of it’s shine. The right one still has some, but it’s receding. Inside the drawer are two small compartments.

Each door has two glass panels, with delicate beading to hold the panes in place. There are some scratches and marks on the glass. Most are unnoticeable but one on the top right panel is noticeable. Approx. 1” in length. Please see photographs.

The handle is great! Shaped like an old tap, with circular ends to the twisting bar, which can turn almost a full 360. The left door stays closed with a magnet.

Inside the cabinet is fully stained and varnished with a single shelf.

In good condition. A small white mark to the front left corner of the base, but not splits or chips.
