Vintage miniature hardwood spice cabinet with nine drawers.

Beautiful, heavy but small Indian hardwood spice chest. Eight perfectly made miniature drawers and one full width drawer. The patina to the wood is mesmerising. Deep browns next to iridescent amber shades. The side profiles have a curved cutout section, and there is a decorative pelmet to the top.

Each drawer has a tiny dark wood knob. The bottom drawer knob looks to have been glued back in at some point and there is a visible patch of glue and slight damage to the knob.

Inside the cabinet - when the drawers are removed - you can see the print off a crate/cigar box. I’m not sure how authentic this is but I love it!

Very square edges so sits beautifully on a dresser. But if wall hanging’s you thing - problem solved! There is a metal plate attached to the back for hanging.

Excellent condition. Tiniest piece of wood missing from the top back panel. Please see photos.
