Vintage Chinese lacquered tea caddy box with double sided flower design. Marked MADE IN CHINA HSE

Pretty little box, with oversized rounded corners, giving a squashed oval profile.
The wood is a rich golden brown with a glossy finish. 

One side has a white/pink blossoming branch, and the reverse has what looks to be bamboo, with no overlaid paint work. Each image is framed nicely with a vertical strip in a dark lacquer and the lid has a seamless join.
