Vintage Palitoy Action Man amphibious vehicle

In good condition for age. The top section, with hatch and gun, rotate 360°. The gun section moves up and down. I am unsure if some parts are missing, possibly a hatch section to cover the hole where Action Man sits. The tracks are very clean, never played with out doors. There are a few screws holding key sections together. The two screws holding the gun in place are rusty. Minor signs of rust elsewhere, but nothing too noticeable.
