Vintage 1960s Palitoy Tel-a-Story television with lights. 
Tested with 4 x D cell batteries (not included), and the screen lights up. I haven’t managed to get the voice box to work and I’m not sure how to make the pictures scroll. 
The unit is in good condition for its age. Some signs of wear, and the pictures have been coloured in. 
The box has some tears but the print hasn’t suffered any sun fading.
