Two German Art Deco DUX KINO toy projectors. 
Rare 1939s Bakelite toys, in original boxes with 24 film strips.

Model 3. Launched in 1938
In yellow box (box in good condition). In burgundy Bakelite which is in very good condition. Comes with key, instructions on how to change battery, receipt for a battery in 1969. The battery compartment is very rusty.

In black box which is very tatty. 
Battery compartment has minor rust. Comes with key. 

24 x original 35mm film strips (250mm - 10” - in length). The film is in German and I have no idea if all the strips are present, or what the film is about. 

I have put batteries in both projectors and nothing happens. There both have an ‘on/off’ lever at the back and when this is flipped, the projector makes a rotating sound (even without batteries), but with batteries there is no light, and the film isn’t pulled through.
