Wow! Mesmerising optical illusion foil print by renowned marine artist Christian Riese Lassen. 
The “Magic Effects” embossing process gives an unusual 3D/hologram effect. 
There is a signature and date on the artwork but I can’t read the date. 
Framed in a retro looking pale gold frame with black and grey mount. The back of the frame has a paper bio of Lassen and the Magic Effects manufacturer Manifestations International Inc.
Some signs of wear to the frame but the print is still very vibrant.
