Art Deco era apprentice piece miniature dresser with sliding doors and two drawers.

This is fabulous and very unusual! Perfectly proportioned 1:6 scale Welsh dresser with two sliding doors and two tiny drawers. The dresser is made from wood, but with a twist. The frame is metal and runs around the base - and has even been shaped at the base to create stylised feet. The sliding door runners are metal, the beading in the doors and drawer fronts are metal, and the back panel is also framed in the red painted metal. 

The metal edging to the back has three tiny hooks either side of the panel for hanging items. A simple metal header at the back could also be used to hang jewellery from.

Each drawer has a tiny knob, and the recessed handles on the doors are a brass coloured metal.

So very well made, with rustic charm and an Art Deco style. This little dresser has everything!
