Gorgeous antique wooden tool chest with carry handle, seven drawers with orange lucite knobs, drop-down panel age original key.

The wood looks to be mahogany. Rich reddish brown with a lovely patina, age related nicks and bumps, and riveted panels. It appears handmade but very well constructed. The joints are dovetails and small sections - so many connecting teeth to the corners. One hinge to the drop- down panel is missing three screws, it still opens and closes, and I have the screws so will include for someone with more skill to fix!

Seven internal drawers. The top six drawers have wooden dividers. The layout of each drawer can be seen in the photos.
The knobs are amber colours lucite, with ribbed edges.
The bottom drawer has no inserts.

The carry handle is possibly leather, with slide catches one each end so the handle can sit flat to the cabinet when not in use.
